Refer Ontario dental clinics to Rank and Cite.
Your dentist clients ask who can help them get found on Google, especially when they open, buy or move a practice. Send them to us: they get a free Google Maps check of their clinic, and you get a referral fee if they become a client.

The moments your clients need this.
- Opening a new practice. A new Google profile starts with no reviews and sits below every established clinic nearby. The first 90 days decide how fast that changes.
- Buying a practice. The new owner inherits a Google profile, a website and listings that often still show the old dentist, old hours or an old phone number.
- Moving or renaming. A move done without updating the profile and listings can cost a clinic its place on the map for months.
- New patients slowing down. Most new-patient calls come from Google Maps, and nearby competitors with more reviews and better pages take them first.
Three steps, and you stay in control.
- You introduce us. Send an email intro, or tell us the clinic name and we wait for your client to get in touch. We never contact your clients without your introduction.
- Your client gets a free check. We search Google for “dentist” from four spots around their clinic, record where they rank and who outranks them, and send the three changes we would make first. No card and no obligation.
- Your client decides. If they become a paying client, we pay you a referral fee, on terms we agree in writing before you refer anyone.
Your clients can start with our founding offer: the first 3 months of work at no cost, then CAD 590 a month only if the calls, direction requests and website clicks from their Google profile have gone up. New practices without a website can start with Practice Launch.
We only work with independent Ontario dental clinics.
We read 3,916 Ontario dental clinic websites for our Ontario Dental Website Report 2026, and we publish what we find for each city, such as Toronto, Mississauga and Markham. Every page we write for a clinic stays within RCDSO advertising guidance, and the clinic owns every account we set up.

Referral partners: common questions.
Who can become a referral partner?
Anyone who works with independent dentists in Ontario: accountants, practice brokers and appraisers, lawyers, dental IT providers, office designers and builders, staffing agencies and practice consultants.
Does the free check cost my client anything?
No. The Google Maps check and the three recommended changes are free, with no card and no obligation to buy anything.
Will you contact my clients directly?
Only after you introduce us, or after your client contacts us. We do not use your client list for outreach.
How is the referral fee paid?
We pay a referral fee for each referred clinic that becomes a paying client. The amount and timing are agreed in writing with you before you refer anyone.
Have a client who needs more new patients?
Send us the clinic name and website. We send your client a free Google Maps check and copy you if they agree.
