Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Rank and Cite collects through rankandcite.com, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@rankandcite.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us in forms: your website address, email address and any details you add.
- Information from booking a call: your name, email and the time you choose, handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
- Basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To run the check you requested and send you the results.
- To send one follow-up email about that check.
- To prepare for and hold a call you booked.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not collect patient health information through this website.
Every email we send identifies Rank and Cite and includes a way to unsubscribe. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Where it is stored
Our website is hosted by Hostinger and our email is sent through our email provider. Your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in India, where our team works.
How long we keep it
We keep form and booking details for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rankandcite.com. If you are in Canada and are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
